Mexican Chicken Sandwiches

Chicken thighs, cut into small pieces and pan-fried until cooked in a little canola oil.

Serve in a roll with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, grated cheese, mashed avocado, sour cream and tomato salsa.

Result: 4
Preparation: really easy and quick, and keeps well.
