Chicken thighs, diced.
Onion, sliced.
Zucchini, in pieces.
Capsicum, sliced.
Tin of tomatoes.
Spices - coriander, cumin, turmeric (powdered).
Fry up then add in tomatoes. Serve with yoghurt + cucumber, chutney and pappadums.
Result: 3.5
